An ideal sweet dessert with no added sugar for summer that's rich in vitamin C. Remember to make a batch - you are likely to want to go back for seconds! 



1/2 medium banana 

1/4 medium mango 

1 sprigs fresh mint

60 ml orange juice

1/4 juice of a lime

20 g raisins



  1. Place raisins in pan with orange juice, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Leave to cool.
  2. Blend raisins, juice, mango and bananas together until very smooth.
  3. Add lime juice.
  4. Place mixture in a freezer proof container and freeze until firm, stirring once or twice while freezing.
  5. Allow to stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving with a sprig of mint.
