A lovely looking pudding that's as healthy as it is tasty. Swap natural yoghurt for Greek yoghurt to boost protein content if preferred. 


50 ml Yoghurt - Low Fat Natural

1 Nectarine

15 ml Orange juice

1 tsp Honey



  1. Preheat the oven to 180 / gas 4.
  2. Cut the nectarine in half and remove the stone.
  3. Place it in a baking dish and pour the orange juice over the top.
  4. Bake it for 10 minutes, or until it starts to caramelise.
  5. Stir the honey through the yoghurt and use it to top the nectarine.
