Private support, personalised strategy, lasting change
Over six weeks, you’ll work closely with Amanda through a combination of nutrition, lifestyle coaching, personalised exercise programming, and education — supported by weekly private Zoom sessions. You’ll reset your nutrition, refine daily habits, and create meaningful, sustainable change, with guidance tailored entirely to you.
You’ll follow Amanda’s signature Lean Routine framework — a structured, manageable approach built around short daily movement, nutrition foundations, fasting strategies and mindset — alongside individualised strength, Pilates and movement guidance to help you tone, build resilience, protect joints, and improve body composition safely and effectively.
How it works
Your programme begins with a comprehensive dietary and lifestyle assessment via Zoom (60–90 minutes). This deep-dive explores your health history, routines, goals and challenges — forming the foundation of your personalised programme.
Alongside The Lean Routine (which includes guided workouts, habit-building tools, education and resources), you’ll receive six additional 1:1 Zoom coaching sessions with Amanda to review progress and build and try out new food and exercise routines, adjust nutrition and lifestyle strategies, troubleshoot challenges, deepen understanding and maintain accountability. It’s structured support, layered with personal attention.
