DIY Detox Retreat in North Berwick

Restore, renew, and reset at our unique DIY detox venue in North Berwick!  This stunning location is set up with all that's needed to detox, all you need to do is show up, follow the plan and reap the rewards for body and mind! 

You'll enjoy the same results as our metabolic detox retreats - fast and effective fat loss, lowered inflammation, resetting cravings and rehydrating the skin - at less cost, with more flexibility. You’ll be amazed at the difference a few days can make! 

For this detox experience, the entire venue will always be dedicated to you. You can choose to retreat by yourself, or bring together group of family or friends.

How it works 

Simply request the dates you'd like to detox and we will confirm the pricing of the accommodation as this varies according to the time of year. Once we have agreed the dates, all you need to do is select a detox programme menu for each guest.

About the venue 

Links Lodge is Amanda’s holiday home in North Berwick, lovingly curated to provide everything a detox experience requires, based on knowledge gained from more than twenty years of running retreats worldwide.  Links Lodge is a few minutes walk from the famous beach and a short walk from North Berwick train station with private off-road parking for two cars. In the villa you will find:

• Two double / twin bedrooms
• One single bedroom with bunk beds 
• Two luxury shower rooms
• Utility with washer and dryer 
• Kitchen/living/dining space with a working open fire 
• Conservatory / chill out space / wellness library 
• WIFI and Smart TV 
• Detox support: Detox schedule, yoga mat, foam roller and more!  

Guest passes for the five-star Marine & Lawn Hotel are easy to purchase on a walk-in basis, a truly stunning beachside spa, just a few minutes walk away. 

Pricing

Retreat design

In addition to the accommodation and menu fee, we charge a one-off, non-refundable detox design fee of £100 per person. This includes a review of your pre-retreat medical forms and any follow-ups and adjustments needed. 

Detox menu fee 

Menu items and supplements will be stocked in the venue prior to your arrival. We have options for smoothie-only, typically for spring and summer, and soup only, for winter detox retreats, or you can opt for a combination of both at any time. 

Menu cost £65 per day, per person. 

• Menu A - Daily: 4 x detox smoothies, herbal teas, turmeric booster and gut support supplements. 
• Menu B - Daily: 4 x detox soups, herbal teas and turmeric booster and gut support supplements. 
• Menu C - Daily: 2 x detox smoothies, 2 x detox soups, herbal teas and turmeric booster and gut support supplements. 

Accommodation fee 

We have a minimum 3-night stay. 

Please note, there’s a standard cleaning fee added to all bookings. If you wish to bring a well-behaved dog (we love dogs), we will require an additional waiver, and you will be charged a slightly higher cleaning fee.

Please note, the displayed price is the minimum fee for one detox for three days, without accommodation cost. Accommodation cost is calculated at the time of booking request and varies throughout the year.
