Participants will learn why many common supplement strategies fail, and how to build a personalised supplement approach that aligns with current research in nutrition and longevity medicine.
Ahead of the session, participants will be invited to submit details of their current supplement intake. Amanda will incorporate these examples into the workshop analysis, allowing attendees to see how real-life supplement routines can be assessed using the framework introduced during the session.
