What is Health Is Wealth?

Health Is Wealth is a private online coaching community — the place where 25 years of experience, trusted resources, and ongoing support, come together.

In simple terms, it’s like having your nutritionist, personal trainer, pilates teacher, mindset coach and women’s health nurse all in one space! Everything lives inside an easy-to-use app, including all Amanda's professional recipes, so it fits around real life — not the other way round.

We focus on strategies that truly work from midlife onwards, combining practical, enjoyable approaches with the latest longevity science to support and protect both body and mind.

If you know (mostly) what to do, but struggle to do it consistently, this is for you!

As we get to know you, we help you make the right adjustments to your exercise, nutrition and wider lifestyle habits, with support from our nurse, nutrition and exercise team. This personalised approach keeps your progress aligned, practical and sustainable without overwhelm.

All weekly, monthly and seasonal sessions are recorded, so you can join live, catch up later, or move entirely at your own pace.

As a Health Is Wealth member, you also receive FREE access to our deeper-dive educational masterclasses, normally £25 each.

Autumn is a time to recalibrate and prepare, featuring a masterclass on alcohol, practical guidance, and the chance to try our low-sugar mocktail ideas, alongside an autumn Longevity Fast.

Winter

Winter focuses on nourishment and glow, with special member events including a midlife skincare workshop, a winter Longevity Fast, and supportive fitness sessions to keep you motivated through colder months.

    Becca is our Nutrition Coach and Community Manager, supporting members with practical nutrition advice and delicious, doable recipes.

    Nic is a Mindset and Wellness Coach and qualified Yoga and Mindfulness teacher, supporting members to build calm, sustainable habits.
