    The Women's Reset is an online community that can help you transform your body, your mindset, your weight and your shape, including weekly live personalised coaching with Amanda. 

    We help you get the results you are looking for, through education and realistic, insightful advice. For those that want to lose weight, especially around the middle, the average fat loss using my approach is around 6lbs per month, with the option to stay in the group until you reach your goals.

    We have your back the whole time! You'll be taken through a step-by-step experience that not only helps you achieve the health and mindset results that you want, but also teaches you how to maintain them.  

    Support, community and accountability are key to your success. So, through our dedicated app you can access full Menu Plans and Recipes, live nutrition and mindset personalised coaching sessions throughout the week, plus live Pilates classes.

    • Weekly weight loss small group coaching sessions with Amanda 
    • Learn the small daily habit changes that deliver fantastic results - and you’ll see how those mindset ‘roadblocks’ can be overcome along the way
    • Learn the key lessons for midlife health and nutrition, including weekly live Zoom coaching sessions with Amanda Hamilton
    • Undertake a ‘mindset reset'; - with video lessons, meditations and live Zoom weekly coaching throughout 
    • Access live Health sessions with our Nurse to ask all your burning personal medical questions
    • Accountability and support check-ins online and in your live sessions during the week 
    • Enjoy weekly live beginner and intermediate Pilates classes and have access to a library of short recorded exercise sessions

    Women need to specifically and strategically alter how and when they eat and exercise to get results. Tailored nutrition will unlock stubborn weight gain (especially around the middle), improve energy and immunity, reduce disease risk, and help you manage hormonal change more effectively.

    Exercising effectively is important too. Pilates sequences and strength exercises are key to our programme, and you are given plenty of encouragement no matter your current fitness level. 

    Menus 

    Follow Amanda's professionally designed (and mega-delicious!) menus. There are various menu options to choose from, such as enhancing weight loss or managing gut health. You will learn the nutrition principles behind the dietary approach, and it'll become easy to recreate at home or manage when you are out and about. 

    Support schedule

    Live Zoom Coaching with Amanda and the team are scheduled throughout the week,  The sessions are all optional, relaxed (don't worry if you are late or need to leave early) and mostly recorded (except for when personal or sensitive conversations happen).

    A sample weekly support schedule is outlined below - choose the sessions that suit you and they are all recorded for catch up: 

    • Mon 8am - Nutrition Coaching with Amanda
    • Tues 8pm - Health Support with our resident Nurse
    • Wed 8am - Intermediate Pilates with Amanda
    • Wed 12noon Weight Loss Coaching with Amanda
    • Wed 8pm - Mindset Coaching with our Mindset Coach
    • Thurs 9:15am (fortnightly) -  Beginner Pilates 
    • Fri 12noon - Lunchtime check-in support session with the team

    There are plenty of pilates and exercise class videos available on the platform plus bonus recipes and resources, as well as Guest Live Food Demos and Workshops.

    The team are available throughout the week to answer questions and offer support.

    How it works 

    Join us anytime, and you'll be sent the welcome pack and login information.

    Once you are up and running, you can share your goals with the group during the catch-up sessions, ask questions during the online Zoom education sessions and tone up with Pilates videos! 

    Sign up TODAY to secure your spot, and start your programme on a date that suits you.

    We run a rolling start so you can choose the date that works best for you. Most people like to start their menu plan on a Monday. You'll get your login details before your start date so that you can get familiar with the platform and buy ingredients.

      Find yourself and your future you with this wonderful reset

      The women's reset has brought me on a fantastic journey of self-discovery and empowerment, and I am thoroughly enjoying it. When I joined, I was really exhausted and feeling stuck in a midlife rut.       What I got has been so much more! The tools with regard, recipe's, exercise, and mindset are invaluable but what makes this program is Amanda and her team who are there with constant support. The weekly calls with likeminded positive and friendly ladies on the same journey are delightful and remind you of your why and provide accountability.

      I love the holistic approach of the program. I found myself gently guided to make sustainable changes bit by bit across food, exercise, sleep, and mindset which have stacked up to become a lifestyle change.

      9 months later I feel like me again, I feel like I'm reversing the clock with so much more and consistent energy.       Feeling confident about the future

      I joined the Women's Reset for the initial 4 week programme and have since signed up for a further three months. How glad am I that I took these steps! I've felt the benefits immediately and warmed to all the course leaders and fellow members. The course leaders are extremely knowledgeable, approachable and friendly and I've felt supported all the way. Although well past the Menopause I wanted to prepare for the next phase of my life beyond retirement and this has proved a brilliant way to do so. I've learned so much about how to look after both my physical well-being and mental health and it's

      principles have proved to be the foundation for the rest of my life. I'm loving the Zoom support meetings and sharing information with my fellow travellers. The recipes are brilliant as is the nutritional advice. If you can't attend a live support session you can catch it on playback In addition there are exercise classes both live and recorded., something for everyone whatever stage you happen to be at. It's all on one app which is easy to use. I totally recommend this programme. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

      A Perfect One Stop Shop

      Every member of the team is extremely friendly, knowledgable and supportive. I really enjoy the blend of simple, easy-to-prepare meals with mindset and health support and group activities . I love being able to do the live Pilates classes in the comfort of my own home and have been able to make use of bite size HIIT and strength work videos at my own pace. The programme is very well designed to include everything one could want and need to improve health and wellbeing. Everything in one app - highly recommended!

      So Much More

      I initially signed up for a month this July after which and without hesitation signed up for 3 months. I am now thinking I would also love to do a retreat . I am finding that this Reset programme is not only just that, a refreshing reset for my health and well-being but has also motivated me to make so many other changes and go further. The reset motivated me to become so interested in the science around nutrition and I am loving the learning and I genuinely feel this is a lifestyle reset for me and not just whilst on the programme.

      You quickly feel part of a very supportive and super friendly community which is down to the team of professionals that run this programme, no question is too big or small and I love the connections you make on the live sessions, it's like meeting your friends each time. The uniqueness and success for me is the combination of nutrition, health and well being provided by the team.
