This exciting new weekend detox retreat will give you the kick-start you need!  We are delighted to host our retreat at the five-star Marine & Lawn Hotel in the award-winning beach town of North Berwick, just 30 minutes from Edinburgh. 

Offering personalised advice throughout and bucket-loads of inspiration, this two-night, three-day retreat delivers amazing results with full access to the spa throughout, plus a luxury 1hr spa treatment included. 

We are committed to ensuring that you get as much as possible from your detox experience, as such, you will be invited to join a pre and post detox programme before the retreat, which includes a metabolic type body assessment with Amanda, and suggested recipe plans.

How the retreat works

Menu

You'll follow an easy intermittent fasting protocol, alongside a professional crafted detox menu that includes a daily green juice, two smoothies with specialist ingredients to support natural detoxification and hormone balancing, and evening soup and protein snacks. 

Exercise

During your retreat, you'll join in the fun and energising beach workouts and a daily Pilates programme focused on strengthening and toning. Don't worry about your current fitness level, we cater to everyone. Regardless of your current exercise regime, you will look and feel leaner, fitter and healthier according to previous detox guests! 

Education

After your detox soup, your early evening is focused on practical and inspiring seminars with a focus on goal setting, motivation and ongoing aftercare - this retreat is an ideal kick-start to inspire longer-term results.

Arrival is from 11 am on Friday. Please let us know if you'd like to arrive the evening before, and we can help secure an extra night of accommodation.
