This is an intensive 6-week programme designed to help you enjoy quick results, whilst learning habits that make lasting change possible. With expert support and the power of community.
With over 20 years of experience in health and wellness, I’ve seen firsthand how our needs evolve with age. The biggest barrier to looking and feeling your best isn’t more effort, nor is it supplements or medications, — it’s consistency.
Here is how we will work together
Sign up to begin on 11th or 18th May 2026. You will be onboarded into the community and speak with our team about any specific needs you have.
You will have full access to recipes, mindset and habit changing resources, exercise video library, live exercise classes and live coaching.
We have designed a schedule of live sessions to fit into your lifestyle. Together with my recipes, each week, you can joinyour choiceof live Zoom calls (or catch up with recordings):
Monday - 7:30am - Mobility HIIT Blast with Amanda
Monday 8am Nutrition Coaching with Amanda
Tuesday - Lean Routine Lesson (video)
Wednesday - 8am - Pilates Class with Amanda
Wednesday - 8pm - Mindset Coaching
Thursday - 12:30pm - Accountability Coaching Call
Thursday - 8pm - Nurse drop-in (monthly)
Friday - 8am - Pilates Class with Amanda

Payment & Cancellations
Once you have been sent your log-in details and you have been added to the app, refunds cannot be given. Except in exceptional circumstances. Should you wish to cancel before this period we can process a full refund, minus a £25 admin fee to accommodate processing fees. The membership is also transferable to someone else prior to the onboarding process.
