This retreat can help you lose weight safely, de-stress, improve your gut health, boost energy levels and, most importantly of all - inspire long-lasting healthy habits. The daily Pilates sessions will help you to begin to sculpt and strengthen your body and improve posture.
Many clients report that in just a few days they feel great, have glowing skin, a flatter tummy and feel inspired to make ongoing changes once back home. The average weight loss is 1lb-2lbs per day.
This all-inclusive experience includes a light and nutritious menu of 800kcal each day alongside gut-health boosters tailored to each client's tastes and goals. This scientifically proven approach supports metabolic health, body-wide healing and fat loss (particularly around the middle), which in turn helps to lower inflammation and improve energy.
There's plenty of time to rest and relax in the award-winning spa. Beauty sleep is on the menu too with detoxifying and sleep-supporting bath salts provided at the end of each day.
Morning activity begins with morning Pilates followed by an optional 45 minute guided walk in the quintessentially beautiful English countryside, followed by the first juice or smoothie of the day. Thereafter, guests can choose from a wide range of classes, use the spa facilities or simply take time out to relax and unwind.
A luxury 25-minutes detox spa treatment is included in the package, which supports the detoxification process. Retreat guests are able to book additional spa treatments to enjoy during their stay.
Each evening there’s a workshop session covering health topics such as gut health, weight loss, beating stress and fatigue.
Guests are able to choose to enjoy breakfast or lunch on the day of departure, both fabulously healthy - a delicious way to end a purposeful and enjoyable break!
