3 days before the reset, you’ll be welcomed into our private online community app. Here you can:

Over the virtual weekend on 29-30th November, you’ll enjoy our community motivation and accountability alongside:

The Winter Detox Reset menu 

You'll follow Amanda's winter-focused detox menus designed to reduce digestive burden, support natural detoxification pathways, and restore metabolic balance - whilst shifting some unwanted pounds. 

🍲 Detox Soups – light yet nutrient-dense blends of seasonal vegetables, herbs, and spices. These provide antioxidants and polyphenols that help lower inflammation while giving the gut a break from heavy processing.

🥦 Roasted Veggie Bowls – fibre-rich plates packed with cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts) and colourful roots. Fibre helps regulate blood sugar and feed beneficial gut bacteria, while specific ingredients support the liver’s Phase I & II detox pathways.

🍵 Herbal Infusions & Winter Elixirs – carefully chosen botanicals such as ginger and peppermint to stimulate digestion, ease bloating alongside warming elixirs rich in minerals to promote hydration and energy balance.

A strength-and-tone session to energise your body, boost circulation, and set the tone for your reset. A blend of Pilates and strength and tone exercises. 

1pm – Zoom Interactive Workshop: Create Your Winter Wellness Schedule
Learn how eating timings, chrono-nutrition, and Amanda’s practical “quick wins” can help you harness energy, support metabolism, and stay balanced through the colder months.

Step away from the screen and go deeper into your reset with Amanda’s exclusive Vision Board video session — a powerful, creative tool to align your health and wellness goals with the season ahead.

7pm – Evening Meditation & Detox Rituals
Wind down with restorative practices to calm the body, support deep sleep, and complete your day of reset.

Sunday – Renew & Restore

8am – Group Movement with Amanda + Exercise Q&A
A session blending strength, tone, and mobility, followed by an insightful session on how to build sustainable personalised routines that work even during darker, colder months.

1pm – Zoom Interactive Lunch Brainstorm: Nutrition  Q & A 
A brainstorming lunch with personalised insights on nutrition. 

Afternoon – Finish your vision board or take on one of Amanda’s energising Winter Workout Challenges to end your reset on a high.

8pm - A game-changing mindset session to help you clarify your goals and strategies for the season ahead - and beyond! 

Evening – Self-Care Rituals - complete your reset with mindful relaxation practices to ease into the week ahead.

After the Weekend
