In 2027 we are back for our annual complete retreat in The Capra, a five-star alpine destination in Saas-Fee.  

This is a transformative retreat where nutrition, nature, mindset and movement come together in one of the world's most stunning locations! 

5 Nights | 6 Days - 30th May - 4th June 2027

Expect daily alpine hikes, energising yet restorative Pilates and Yoga, luxurious spa relaxation and daily transformational workshops. Every detail is designed to optimise your health, shape, energy and vitality. You’ll leave with renewed energy and a personalised wellness plan — guided by Amanda and Nichola’s interactive workshops.

You'll enjoy exquisite delicious and nutritious menus co-created by Amanda and Le Chapra's famed head chef, with five-star service throughout. 

After your retreat, you’ll receive 10 days of post-retreat nutrition and exercise support to ensure your new habits last well beyond your time in the Alps.

About the Destination

Saas-Fee is a car-free alpine village known as the 'Pearl of the Alps'  With glacier views, pristine mountain air, and timeless charm, it is one of Switzerland’s hidden gems — quieter than its neighbours, yet breathtakingly beautiful.

The Capra is in the heart of the village, a luxury boutique lodge and holistic wellness destination. Its spa offers an indoor pool, jaw-dropping outdoor hydrotherapy plunge pool, thermal suite and mineral salt therapy rooms. Alpine-inspired treatments on offer use pure, locally-sourced, natural ingredients.

• Full access to The Capra’s 5 star luxury spa, with indoor and outdoor pool, thermal suite with saunas, hydrotherapy pools and incredible alpine-inspired treatments.

What's included

This all-inclusive retreat programme includes all your food, drinks, exercise classes and educational workshops with Amanda and Nic, plus daily spa access. Treatments are optional extras, as is travel to and from the venue. 

Getting There

You can fly to Geneva, Zurich, or Milan. We recommend Geneva, followed by a spectacular 2.5-hour train journey direct from the terminal. A short taxi ride then takes you into Saas-Fee and directly to The Capra.

To reserve a place, please select your option and pay our non-refundable 10% deposit. You will be sent an invoice with the balance, due to be paid no later than 8 weeks before the event. Places are strictly limited.
