Personalised Detox Retreat in North Berwick

Restore, renew, and reset at our unique detox venue in North Berwick!  This stunning location is set up with all that's needed to detox, all you need to do is show up, follow the plan and reap the rewards for body and mind! 

You'll enjoy the same results as our detox retreats - fast and effective fat loss, lowered inflammation, resetting cravings and rehydrating the skin - at less cost, with more flexibility. You’ll be amazed at the difference a few days can make! 

For this detox experience, the entire venue will always be dedicated to you. You can choose to retreat by yourself, or bring together group of family or friends - up to five people can attend at once. 

How it works 

Simply request the dates you'd like to detox, and select a detox programme menu, see below. Please note, the price of the venue varies according to the time of year.  Once we agree your booking dates, you will be contacted by one of our nutrition team to ensure suitability of the menu for your needs and goals. 

• Menu A - Daily: 4 x detox juices 
• Menu B - Daily: 2 x detox juices, 1 x detox smoothie, 2 x soup 
• Menu C - Daily: 2 x detox juices, 1 x detox smoothie, 2 x soup, 2 x protein snack balls

About the venue 

Links Lodge is Amanda’s holiday home in North Berwick, lovingly curated to provide everything a detox experience requires, based on knowledge gained from more than twenty years of running retreats worldwide.  Links Lodge is a few minutes walk from the famous beach and a short walk from North Berwick train station with private off-road parking for two cards.. In the villa you will find:

• Two double / twin bedrooms
• One single bedroom with bunk beds 
• Two luxury shower rooms
• Utility with washer and dryer 
• Kitchen/living/dining space with a working open fire 
• Conservatory / chill out space / wellness library 
• WIFI and Smart TV 
• Detox support: Guidebook,  yoga mat, foam roller and more!  

We can arrange a guest spa visit at the nearby Marine & Lawn five-star hotel, just a few minutes walk away. 

Pricing

Retreat design

There is a one-off non-refundable design fee of £90 per entire booking to help cover the cost of our consultation and administration. 

Detox menu fee 

£95-£105 per day, per person, for full menu and support supplements. These will be stocked in the venue prior to your arrival. 

Accommodation fee 

We have a minimum 3-night stay. 

Please note, there’s a standard cleaning fee added to all bookings. If you wish to bring a well-behaved dog (we love dogs), we will require an additional waiver, and you will be charged a slightly higher cleaning fee.
