    Now in our third year, The Women’s Reset is a highly successful, online programme designed to help women in midlife to lose weight and optimise all aspects of wellbeing. 

    We help across the four pillars of Nutrition, Mindset, Movement and Lifestyle, with the hugely popular (and effective) option of fast-track weight loss support included at no extra cost.  

    Plus, we’ve made the programme more accessible, time-friendly and interactive, so, no matter how busy you are, you'll get results!  The average weight loss is 5lbs in one month. 

    Membership is £70 per month ALL INCLUSIVE, with no tie-ins. You have flexibility to pause or stop at any time. We are offering you an introductory offer of 3 MONTHS FOR ONLY £195, to get you feeling great by Christmas. If you like the programme, you can then sign up for our subscription in January to help you stay on track in 2025!

    A schedule to suit all.  We’ve updated our weekly events to ensure that there are morning, afternoon and evening slots to choose from. All classes are recorded and shared too, so you’ll never miss out.

    Menus 

    There are various menu options to choose from and you will learn the nutrition principles behind the dietary approach, so it's easy to manage staying on track when you are out and about. 

    Support schedule

    A sample weekly support schedule is outlined below - you simply choose the sessions that suit you, remember, they are all recorded so you can watch on catch up in your own time: 

    • Mon 8am - Weight Loss, Health and Nutrition Coaching with Amanda
    • Wed 7.30am - Pilates followed by Coaching with Amanda  
    • Wed 8pm - Mindset Coaching with our Mindset Coach
    • Thurs 8pm - Health Sessions with Nurse (fortnightly)
    • Fri 12noon - Lunchtime Support Session 

    How it works

    We run a rolling start so you can choose the date that works best for you. You'll get your login details before your start date so that you can get familiar with the platform and buy ingredients.
