With the Honest Weight Loss recipe plans and education, you will truly understand how to make weight loss easier, and more sustainable no matter what your age or life stage. 

There's a 3-day detox booster you can do at any time during the programme too to accelerate your results.

How it works 

Sign up anytime and you'll be sent the welcome pack which includes the e-book, the link to the metabolic profile questionnaire and the instructions for the support schedule. 

The menus are designed to be followed for 6-weeks but your membership period is calculated as beginning 7 days following your first two-week block of menus being sent to you via email. This allows you to have this period before, and some time at the end, when we are in touch with helpful information. You can also join in any online classes that fall into this preparation time. 

We get together through the week with a group check-in on Mondays, education session on Tuesdays and group Pilates on Fridays, and you can chat on the WhatsApp group in your own time. All sessions are recorded except Pilates where there are challenge videos shared for those who couldn't make the class. 

Once you are up and running you can share your goals with the group during the catch up sessions, ask questions during the online education sessions and tone up with Pilates videos! 

 

About the educational masterclass sessions 

During the education sessions I share the vital information you'll need to be able to manage your shape and weight for the long-term. Each session includes the practical application of the science, from recipe ideas to daily habits to adopt. Examples of subjects covered are below. There's a YouTube playlist library of previous recordings so there's much to learn from!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
