Join us for a brand new type of detox retreat that you can complete at home with just a blender, some simple ingredients and a little time. It is designed to be do-able even when working and is exclusively for women in midlife.
Unlike many online programmes, our focus is on quality education and personalisation - as such, with the small groups only, matched together by age and stage and goals, we ensure that the support and education is as a valuable and enjoyable as possible.
During this retreat you will learn how to:

Each month, retreats are available with a schedule that runs either from a Sunday evening to Thursday afternoon, or Wednesday afternoon to Sunday evening. No matter which date you choose, there's plenty of support and aftercare including a follow up session with your retreat group and free education webinars and pilates classes to help you maintain the fantastic results.
You can select the date that suits you at the time of booking, or we can allocate it after booking. If your date has filled up we will be in touch with the next available date - and if we can't get a date to fit for whatever reason you will be given a full refund.
Before your retreat
You will be required to fill in an online profile to ensure that we tailor both the ingredients of the menus and the education to suit each participant of the group.
You will also receive an e-book to support the education programme, menu guides, a schedule and links to info videos. We use Zoom for the online meetings and a Whatsapp group for support throughout.
You can follow the pre-detox advice and the three-day preparation menu prior to the retreat.
During the retreat
Each retreat begins with a welcome session to introduce the concept of detox and the programme itself. Pilates sessions run each morning at 10am, and most seminars run at lunchtime, with options for catch up videos or extra evening sessions tailored to group needs.
You will follow a five-day schedule of easy to prepare light detox menus, professionally tailored to optimise nutrient intake, support gut health, detox the liver and to help you look and feel better within a short amount of time.
Follow on support
There is a three-day transition menu to follow at the end of the retreat. One week following the retreat we schedule a group call - it really helps with accountability for ongoing habits and goals!
