Home / Workplace Health Audit

The Health Audit was created to plug the gap in understanding the role environmental factors are playing in determining the outcome for a client's nutrition and lifestyle programme.

Research evidence abounds regarding the impact of the physical environment on health, and the need for adequate planning and organisation to support long-term health change.

The Health Audit involves a visit to the home, and if necessary the workspace, of a client. It will produce a series of recommendations that are practical and impactful including but not limited to the following topics:

- Exposure to toxins

- Quality of air and water

- Sleep hygiene

- Exposure to hidden allergens / trigger ingredients

- Kitchen equipment set up

- Store cupboard essentials

- Capability analysis - cooking, equipment, shopping

- Eating out / delivery options

- Travel strategies

Packages & Costs

The cost of the Health Audit varies according to scale of the analysis requirement but typically takes between 1.5 to 3 days to complete at a rate of £800.00 per day plus travel expenses beyond the cities of London or Edinburgh.
