We help you get the results you are looking for, through education and realistic, insightful advice. For those that want to lose weight, especially around the middle, the average fat loss using my approach is around 6lbs in 4 weeks, with the option to stay in the group until you reach your goals.

Women need to specifically and strategically alter how and when they eat and exercise to get results. Tailored nutrition will unlock stubborn weight gain (especially around the middle), improve energy and immunity, reduce disease risk, and help you manage hormonal change more effectively.

Exercising effectively is important too. Pilates sequences and strength exercises are key to our programme, and you are given plenty of encouragement no matter your current fitness level. 

Menus 

Follow Amanda's professionally designed (and mega-delicious!) menus. There are various menu options to choose from, such as enhancing weight loss or managing gut health. You will learn the nutrition principles behind the dietary approach, and it'll become easy to recreate at home or manage when you are out and about. 

Support schedule

Live Zoom catch-ups with Amanda and the team are scheduled throughout the week,  The sessions are all optional, relaxed (don't worry if you are late or need to leave early) and mostly recorded (except for when personal or sensitive conversations happen).

A sample weekly support schedule is outlined below, but this timetable can vary: 

  • Mon 8am - Nutrition support session
  • Tues 8pm - Q&A with our Nurse
  • Wed 12noon/8pm - Mindset coaching
  • Thurs 8am - Intermediate Pilates
  • Thurs 9:15am (fortnightly) -  Beginner Pilates 
  • Thurs/Fri 12noon - Lunchtime check-in support session

There are plenty of pilates and exercise class videos available on the platform plus bonus recipes and resources, as well as Guest Live Food Demos and Workshops.

The team are available throughout the week to answer questions and offer support.

Once you are up and running, you can share your goals with the group during the catch-up sessions, ask questions during the online Zoom education sessions and tone up with Pilates videos!

We run a rolling start so you can choose the date that works best for you. Most people like to start their menu plan on a Monday. You'll get your login details before your start date so that you can get familiar with the platform and buy ingredients.

  • Cancellations received within 14 days of booking your place on the course will receive a full refund minus an admin fee of £25.
  • You have started the programme once you've received your course and logged in. 
  • Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to transfer you to a suitable date or transfer your credit to another online programme, within our availability. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
