These programmes are a chance to work with Amanda Hamilton on a one-to-one basis for an intensive 6-week or 12-week period to overhaul your nutrition, lifestyle and strength/tone. It's for anyone needing a total body overhaul!
The programme includes the option of functional medical health screening encompassing a wide range of health markers, including nutritional & digestive health, metabolic syndrome/insulin resistance, hormonal health and joint health.
You must be signed up for the Body Transform programme before the end of January, as limited spaces are available.
You'll be welcomed to the programme with a comprehensive dietary and lifestyle assessment, the results of which will form the basis of your initial weekly plan of action on food, exercise and critical lifestyle changes.
Once you are up and running, you'll have a formal Zoom meeting each week focusing on diet and exercise/lifestyle, plus the chance to ask questions on the go via Whatsapp Session times will be arranged in advance and will be suited to schedules.
As you work with Amanda weekly, your Body Transform 'bible' will be created with your personalised recipes, specific lifestyle adjustments and optimised fasting / intermittent fasting and chrono-nutrition timing based on your progress.
