This detox retreat is a perfectly balanced blend of nutrition, exercise, education and inspiration. The menu combines fresh juices, smoothies, teas and delicious light Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on healthy weight loss.
Each day we focus on fitness and relaxation in equal measure, with morning beach walks, daily fitness activities and evening meditation. The luxury spa is available for use throughout the programme, and the package includes a personalised spa treatment of choice.
Education and inspiration come in the form of Amanda's seminars and cooking workshops with the resident lifestyle coach, plus, we have three pilates masterclasses over the course of the break!
Last but not least, all guests will receive a Bioelectrical impedance analysis at the beginning and end of the programme as a measure of results, and a personal nutrition consultation to create an advisory report to support goals and long-lasting results, including follow-on recipe plans.
