The retreat focuses on four pillars of health: nutrition, movement, mindset, and rest.
Each day you'll experience a sustainable health and wellness regime based on eating, exercising, and resting at optimised times. The approach is hugely effective for fat loss (especially around the middle) while supporting overall health and longevity. For the mind, there are daily workshops with our Life Coach, helping you with goal setting and motivation, making it ideal for inspiring longer-term results.
It's a perfect way to finally break those habits that hold you back, improve metabolic health, lose some weight, and kick-start a lifestyle that supports longevity.
You'll be fasting in the mornings (skipping breakfast) before enjoying a low-carb detox-style menu that's as delicious as it is nutritious. There's plenty of fuel for your exercise programme, which includes a morning Pilates class focused on strengthening and toning, followed by a 45 walk around Champneys stunning grounds.
After a healthy lunch, you can enjoy additional exercise classes from Zumba to Boxing or opt for one of our cardio challenges. Rest is also on the agenda, with relaxation and downtime in the stunning five star spa and chill-out zones
Each evening there’s a workshop covering health topics such as gut health, weight loss, beating stress and fatigue and practical demos on making healthy snacks. You'll be able to drop in to 1:1's clinics to get your health and nutrition questions answered each morning too - in other words, no matter what, we have you covered!
Regardless of your current way of life, you will look and feel leaner, fitter and healthier with a game plan for how you are going to continue with the healthy habits when you return home. The average weight loss is 1lb per day.
