Oats help to maintain a healthy heart, provide sustained energy and conversely and can help promote a sound night’s sleep by assisting melatonin reach your brain. They are also much lower in gluten than their cereal counterparts making them easier to digest.  



100 ml Cows Milk - Skimmed or Semi Skimmed

1/4 punnet Blueberries (200g punnet)

1/4 punnet Raspberries (200g punnet)

40 g Porridge Oats

1 tsp Honey

200 ml Water


  1. Place the porridge oats with the milk and water into a saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil, stirring frequently and then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the honey then remove from the heat and place in a bowl.
  4. Add the fresh berries to the top of the porridge and enjoy.
