100 ml Cows Milk - Skimmed or Semi Skimmed
1/4 punnet Blueberries (200g punnet)
1/4 punnet Raspberries (200g punnet)
40 g Porridge Oats
1 tsp Honey
200 ml Water
- Place the porridge oats with the milk and water into a saucepan.
- Bring to the boil, stirring frequently and then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the honey then remove from the heat and place in a bowl.
- Add the fresh berries to the top of the porridge and enjoy.
